Routine Service Pricing

Routine Visits
The following pricing applies to a property of 1/2 acre or less and after an initial cleaning has occurred at the property in question.

Every other week     $13/visit    $16/visit    $18/visit $20/visit
1 visit per week     $10/week    $13/week            $15/week $17/week

For return and/or routine cleaning customers, a 15% discount shall apply to all "Spring Cleaning" charges.

Initial Cleaning
For routine service clients only. Either you can provide this initial cleaning or we can, it is completely up to you! Typically, if the property has been fairly well maintained, the initial cleaning fee would be between $15 - $30. If you had us provide a Spring Cleaning and you would like us to continue on a regular basis, the initial clean-up fee will be waived, if routine service starts immediately after the spring cleaning visit. An initial cleaning is not a substitute for Spring Cleaning when the snow melts. Initial cleaning fees will be included in the first routine service invoicing.

Contract?
Worried about signing a contract? Don't.....we are contract free. We work on the promise system. We promise to pick up your dog's turds and in return, you promise to pay your bill. If payment is not received within 7 business days after you receive an invoice, we will suspend service until your account is paid in full.
